Returns

If you are not happy with your product, we will gladly refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) your purchase under the below provisions:

    • Must be within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Proof of purchase must be provided.
    • Items must be kept in their original condition - sealed, in new condition and it’s original packaging.
    • Clearance items (on sale for at least 70% off) do not qualify for a refund unless deemed faulty or damaged. 
    • Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for cosmetics, hair and lip products.

Girly Glam reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges that do not adhere with the Returns Policy as stated above. In the situation that your goods are not accepted, it will be returned to you without a refund or exchange given.

Return Process

Please review our return policy above before proceeding.

  1. Contact Girly Glam at info@girlyglam.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please specify your order number and item/s to be returned or exchanged so we can provide you with the return address.
  2. Please ensure the item(s) for return and its packaging is included in the package. We recommend using a reputable delivery service like Australia Post or DHL to ensure your item is received safely and undamaged. Girly Glam is not liable for damaged or loss of garments in transit.
  3. Once your item clears inspection, you will receive your exchange, credit note or refund (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the account you used to make your purchase, and within 5-7 days from when your return was received.

Girly Glam reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns or exchanges that do not meet our returns policy.

Please note that the refund could take longer to show in your account depending on your bank.
